‘An Intimate Evening’ with Robin Zander

Robin is the lead singer for the rock band Cheap Trick and since 1974, he has been all over the world as the voice of all of their many hit records including “I Want You To Want Me”, “Surrender”, “The Dream Police”, “Ain’t That A Shame”, “Voices” and the song that went to # 1 “The Flame”. Cheap Trick was recently inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Zander has appeared on dozens of TV shows from Don Kirshner’s Rock Concert in the 70’s to Conan O’Brien, David Letterman, and more recently The Colbert Report and The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. He sings the theme song from That 70’s Show, “Out In The Street” and has written and performed music for hit movies from “Fast Times At Ridgemont High” to “Top Gun” and even “The Transformers Movie”.
BONUS: Many of you know that, years ago, Robin spent several summers performing in downtown Wisconsin Dells with Brian Beebe (Zander & Kent) and although he has been back several times with Cheap Trick; Robin will return to perform with his son Robin Taylor with a special appearance from friend Brian Beebe. Just guitar, piano, and that fabulous voice that critics everywhere have called, “…one of the greatest voices ever in rock music.”
